without a definitive answer i would suggest the following.

1. keep it low in the tank and move up slowly to the desired place.
2. low to medium flow. if no polyp extension try a little more flow
3. it should not need spot feeding but it couldnt hurt
 
If that's the piece you got from me it is definitely a favia. It doesn't need any extra care other than placement. I had it in pretty strong flow and low to medium light but it is very hardy and can be just about anywhere as long as you don't start it off in a high light spot. I'd put it in medium flow/medium light until it gets used to your system.
