Any return pump reccomendations?

I purchased a new 55 gallon and currently only have a 357gph return pump on it. I was wondering if there are any good recommendations out there. I was looking at the mag drive pumps but people say they can be noisy? I currently have a sicce silent pump and it's for sure dead silent. Do I need a bigger pump?

What is your head loss? Need to figure that out, or at least get an idea before you can size the pump. Also, what is your overflow situation - how much can it handle? Running a sump ? Manifold? Lots of questions. FYIW I'm a fan of Quiet One pumps.

Gph would be depending on your setup like stated and...big fan of quiet ones as well. I run a 2200 and 3000 on my tanks. A 2200 would be a safe bet.
