Anyone know where to get Bio-spria....

I just started to get my 55 gallon reef tank up and running and was wondering if anyone knew where i could purchase some Bio-spira. I heard that it speeds up the whole nitrogen cycle process.

I say save your money. A true cycle takes time and patience. I know some members have out a piece of raw shrimp in the tank to get the bacteria colonies started.

My Publix gave me a shrimp free since it couldn't weigh something that small.

I bought a ring, used 1 and ate the rest... Good excuse to eat skrimp!!

Don't really know anything about BioSpira, but I am pretty sure I have seen it at Saltwater City (right next to the DT's in the 'frig)

I've also seen it at Marine Fish. Myself, I've used Stability and was quite happy with it.
