Anyone still using EVS B-Ionic Additives

I have been using this stuff from back in the late 80's, and still using it
I just wanted to know if anyone else is using this stuff

I see there are alot of new products on the market

I am trying to see if they are better than what I am using now

I did not know about that store

the dosing setup I have now is the B-Ionic two CAl & ALK part doser
which dose the tank 2:00 am every night

EVS Iodide
EVS strontium

the tank been doing ok with soft coral over the years

but now I am about to do hard coral along with soft (sps)

also I use ESV Spray-Dried Phytoplankton

my lighting
(3) 175 watts MH 14K
(2) 48" VHO atinics

I like Randy Holmes Farley DIY 2 Part as well. It is the same as the B Ionic 2 part just a good bit cheaper. You can get the stuff from

I highly recommend the Randy Holmes Farley DIY 2 Part as well. It works just the same as the B Ionic and costs much less. You just have to mix up the ingredients that can be found at

I like the B Ionic the best of all the current 2 parts out there. I'd stick with it.

I've heard nothing but praise for Randy's 2 part. If I had a larger tank, I'd give it a try in order to save money. But with my nanos I'm willing to spend extra for the convenience.
