Just wanted to point out something that has been bugging me for a while....
While I love the ability to use my Apex to control my Vortech pumps, there is one thing that has me a bit disappointed. When using the just the Vortech driver to operate the pumps, Nutrient Transport mode will use the wave created in Pulse mode to create a wave to stir up detritus. However, using the Apex to control the Vortech's the wave in NTM is different from Pulse mode. I can't seem to get NTM to "act" the same way with the Apex as without. I talked to Neptune and the answer I received (reluctantly, I may add) was the it is an issue that the technicians are aware of, and that they received everything they need from EcoTech to make the Vortech's run properly via the WXM module, however there is some variance in how this particular mode responds. I would have really loved to know that before feeling like I was going crazy.
Anyone else experience this or notice any variance in how the Apex controls the Vortech's...Just curious.
