So, my main EB832 power brick died this weekend. Contacted Neptune and they actually responded after hours on the weekend. So that is vast improvement compared to when they were a stand alone company. Then, rather then attempting a repair, they just are sending a replacement. So, shout-out for Bertram merging these companies which resulted in better customer service. Also, there is a lovely module replacement task that makes moving the programming over to the replacement so much easier. No more copy and pasting…..

Curious, how many watts does yours use on average? Are many of the "plugs" cycling on/off often?

The one that failed pulls on average 316 W during the day. It cycles the roller, UV on and off according no to schedule twice a day. The feed mode D also will cycle on and off outlets. But are only used every two weeks for water changes and maintenance tasks.

hmm... Well under its stated max wattage. How long did you have it?
