You should really learn how to use the apex.... So if anything happens to your tank, you know how to use it instead of waiting on someone else to help etc. That being said, what are you having problems with?

System mostly plug and play following instructions. Cause honestly once you set up, anyone can log in remotely to program outlets for you. Otherwise the trip free alone would be close to 300 from most LFS not including programming.
