I downloaded an awesome app onto my iPad and just wanted to share in case anyone else is interested. Probably also available for Android but I don’t have that. It is called Pocket Marine
It cost $2.99 but has sections where you can log water test results and fish behavior observations and also has reference guides for fish, corals, inverts, CUC, compatibility and it even has a Nano section specific for small reefs.
not bad for 3 bucks.
