I am looking for recommendations on an app to use my phone to track my aquarium maintenance. There seems to be a few good options and was wondering if anyone has experience using one of them and why you might like that particular app.

I have used aquarimate forever, no particular reason why. I bought it one day years ago and have always used it. Works fine for me. I assume they all do the same.
Aquatic log is awesome.
