I was using Aquavitro ions as recommended by my LFS and just ran out. My Mg is sitting around 1063 and Ca is stable at 420 and PH is at 8.4. It looks like I need to significantly increase my dosing of Mg to raise it to at least 1200 and I noticed that Magnesion is significantly less expensive than aquavitro. Is there any reason I shouldn't switch to Magnesion or is there a better suppliment? Right now I'm using Reef Buffer, Aquavitro Calcification and Aquavitro ions for my dosing.

Thanks!

Should not matter. Both are good lines - Seachem (Aquavitro) and Brightwell. The Brightwell Magnesium is ionic, and so is the Aquavitro.
