I got this cycled 20 gallon from a member of the Atlanta fish club that was leaving town for work. It came with the live rock, substrate and a cleaning crew from multiple tanks. I had to immediately remove about 20 hermit crabs into another tank because they were preying on the snails.
Stocked with blue electric, red and tricolor hermit crabs, snails, a starfish, a sea cucumber, a conch and two peppermint shrimp.
Next step was to head to the Atlanta Aquarium in Duluth to upgrade the equipment with an Aqua Illumination Prime 16 HD, Bubble Magus Nano Skimmer and Platinum DC Slim Wave 1600, along with a few corals.
I've built lots of computers in the past and it's amazing how similar this is to trying to find the right sized graphics card and hard drive for your motherboard and case, making sure the airflow is correct, and then tune, tune, tune. Even the hum when you first fire up the system is somewhat similar.
