ARC Membership card

I'd like to print my ARC Membership card for this weekends event but when I click to view the image I continually receive this message:

TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: /home/atlreefclub/public_html/forums/images/customavatars/avatar10198_1.gif

Can anyone help?

Hi Bryan, view the card from the link, from the file menu select export as a PDF. Save the PFD and just print from there.

Let us know if this helps.

I still get this same thing. I get it on my laptop, and on my iphone. I'm not very computer savvy, so I really have no idea whats going on.

You need to upload an avatar to your profile.

I keep trying to upload an avatar and its not accepting it, even though when I hit save it doesn't give me an error message.

I'm getting the same thing. I've uploaded an avatar that meets the criteria and it doesn't seem to update. I tried hosting it on S3 and linking to it as well. No luck

Figured it out, apparently there are two places that let you upload avatars. One of them overrides the other.

I joined a few days ago to come I had a problem uploading an avatar but I have it on there now, and I still can't get a virtual membership card. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I might suggest using a third party hosting site to upload your avatar. I suspect Its too big to allow it on our site. In the mean time you can show your account to the LFS and they will accept it for a discount.

Ok, Quite a chore but I got the picture down to < 150x100 so it finally loaded and I got my card printed. Thanks.
