Are my fish getting enough nutrition?

I'm feeding my fish (tangs, wrasse, angel, and a foxface) Pellets, nori, flakes, and mysis sometimes. Is this enough nutrition for them or should i be doing more?

I think your fish are being treated and fed very well. The diversity you are supplying should be adaquate. If you are still concern add selcon to the diet

It certainly sound like you're doing right by them. I personally stay away from flake food but as long as you don't feed too much you should be fine.

Ok that's what i was hoping to hear , i saw a horror story for HLLE and i was like ahhh!!!! moar nutrition!!!

I would feed mostly pe mysis with a few drops of Selcon and soak for a few minutes. Also add Selcon to Nori.

What is selcon ?

Its an additive for food

how exactly do you add it? just spray it on the food before i put it in the tank?

It comes with a dropper and you just put a few drops on your food.

Yep.
I thaw mysis out with a few drops of selcon. Sometimes some Garlic Xtreme too.
