Asterina starfish

Just throwing this out there…but for all of us with those ‘cute’ little starfish scattered around the tank.

THEY ARE LITERALLY FEASTING ON MY ZOAS.

I don’t recall them doing this the first year or so….they’ve usually been helpful algae eaters….ooooh but not anymore. These monsters are the devil. And will ruin your zoas.


GOTTA get me some harlequin shrimp!!!

I found that to be true in my last tank after they became overpopulated and they discovered a taste for them.

Once they run llow on food they turn to zoas. I would start picking them out manually till you can get a harlequin .
Oddly enough I have found they won't touch palys
