ok i have a white 6 leg asternia star. is it the good kind?

i have a worm that is white and red do you know what kind it is i can get pics the next time i see them?

blind the worm sounds like a bristle and the stars are fine take it as a free clean up crew member ..you may see it eating at corals but its usally dead tissue

If the Astrena is white it "should" be ok. If you see a blueish / gray one get it out. They will kill perfectly healthy Zoanthids. I have witnessed it many times as they go through the colony. The polyps never survive. There have been many posts on these on a "Zoa Board" as well.

umm what if it is a mix between both and it has reproduced and i can not find it.

No worries. They really aren't that bad.
It'll turn up sooner or later.
