For the money, one would expect better packaging.....no packaging materials on sides, top or bottom. Shrink wrap vs. bubble wrap, etc.

Dent and scratches on both sides. :boo:

Mine was packaged the same way but arrived in perfect condition, thankfully. Is that the 36" 8 bulb? That's what I have.

The unit will probably be returned for a new one. That is, unless, Dylan picks it up for free and I convince ATI that it's completely inoperable.
