It takes me 6-8 log ins to log in. I am using the correct password and login, but it just takes me back to the log in screen anytime I am trying to login.

I suspect you are using Internet Explorer 7. You can try downloading patches from the Microsoft Windows Update page, uninstall/re-install IE7, or use a different browser such as Firefox. Fast and easy solution is use a different browser.
