How do I put a pic for my Avitar?Cant figure it out.TY Chris

I *think* you might need to either be a member, OR have a certain number of posts. Somebody might shed more light on that.

If you click on User CP (top left under the ARC banner/logo), there's a drop-down menu where you can edit parts of your profile. If you're eligible to use an avatar, you should see that option under user CP.
