I believe its from the blenny family. Try this: male signal blenny.

yes the pic said signal blenny.. just wondering where i can buy one and if it may be a jumper.. i am running a rimless with no net but i also only have like 4 fish.. but thanx for the info

Tried to get one many years ago. Only found one supplier that could get them and they wanted $200 wholesale, so I gave up.

Curious to see if they are actually available now.
