I am pretty sure I have a bacterial infection with several of my SPS.  I have lost quite a few colonies to STN.  I think it is due to bad bacteria since I started dosing vinegar several months ago.  I see fuzzy white bacteria on the undersides of sps colonies, the STN on these same colonies starts in the middle of the colonies at the base of the branches, from bottom up.

Anyone seen this?   Pretty sure this is the cause of the STN I have been seeing.  All of my parameters are good, I have normally had very good SPS growth and color, and some of my colonies have not been affected....yet.

If you have seen this did you find any dip to kill the bacteria adhered to the corals?

I plan to slowly stop vinegar dosing, and frag the unaffected branches unless I find a dip that will work.
