best light for a frag tank

What kind of lights do you guys run? I have 2 radion G2s on my DT 120 (48x24x24) and just got a 80 gallon (48x24x16) to use as a frag tank and trying to figure out what kind of lights to put over it. Any recommendations?

I have always liked t5's for grow out tanks. I actually have a 48" aquatic life t5 fixture for sale that was over my frag tank.

hey man,
honestly, if i were going for a true frag / grow out tank..

I would go with 2x 250w halides over the 16" tank.

If the heat and cost is an issue go with 8x 48" t5 IMO. 1 actinic 4 ATI blue Plus 1 ATI Purple Plus 1 ATI AquaBlue Special and 1 GE 6500K

LED has its place in the hobby... but wouldn't be my first choice for a real frag tank.
