best refugium bulb?

i need to replace the bulb on my refugium. It has a 6700k on it right now. Is that the best bulb to put back in it or is there another bulb that will get better groth out of it?

I use the power compact flourescent daylight bulb with a shop light reflector. Bulb lasts a long time, low energy use, seems to work fine. I pretty sure it is a 6700K bulb, don't hold me to it.

5900 or 6500K... 5900 would be better but 6500 works fine.

You can also use those lamps in the flood lamp version, and the reflector is built in, if you need it that way. Mine are made by Brinks and are 6500k 100w CF, available at wall mall

You can buy the one I use a Lowes. It is one made for crafts and is in the correct range. If you search for fuge light on this site there was a thread a while back with a picture of the package.
