Best way to set up a Rubbermaid as a frag tank

Does anyone have any photos of their plumbing or videos for setting up a Rubbermaid trough as a frag tank- just need to know the correct or best places to drill on the Rubbermaid for two drains and the return?

I found this online. This might work for you for frags... Return pump into the back top section. Drain from front bottom with a ball valve to dial it down...

Rubbermaid Stock Tank as a sump?

Is there a downside to using a 150-300 gal Rubbermaid stock tank as a sump? I need a large sump for a 450 gal in-wall DT and can't find large ready-made sumps. It would be in a separate room so noise, aesthetics are probably don't cares. If that's not a good option, what are some better ones?

You could also do like this person, with a overflow pipe in the center drilled out of the front on the low part...

You can try this route or returns on both ends. For alternate flow use a sqwd...
