Big Mistakes?

Just wondering what type of dumb mistakes people have made with their tanks. Noticed the "dumped the test water back in the tank while cycling thread" and lots of "while I was on vacation..." threads. What other dumb things have we done to our own tanks?

OK I posted the"dumped the test kit in the tank thread",but I swear it wasn't me!!!

lol, I knew it it wasn't you, it was a friend. I've seen bunches of "while I was on vacation" threads. Wasn't trying to single anyone out.

I should change the title of this thread to "dumb questions I've asked on the forum that were already recently discussed with much more interesting titles."
