Black spots on clownfish, not from stings. Any ideas?

Hi all, my clownfish has had spots on her since I've gotten her. She's at least 5-6 years old, maybe older.

Her spots were never this intense, but she's progressively gotten more and more over the years. It's not from stinging corals, as she's not always been around them. I do not suspect parasites either. She's acting fine and has always been healthy, aside from her coloration.

Any ideas? Maybe a symptom of aging?

No stinging coral in the tank that I am aware of, and haven't been for a few years.

It could be anything she’s rubbing against that causing it. My clown use to get them from time to time.

My baby clowns have been getting more and more black spots as they get older. Could just be coloration changes as they mature.

I have the same going on with mine over the past few weeks. It’s not coral stings either nothing in the tank to do that. Acts normally just started having black spots on stomach area
