Blackish colored spot under jaw- Pink Spot Goby

New fish. This dude seems perfectly healthy.. Just curious if this is maybe just a boo-boo or possibly a parasite?

Best pic I have, and I'm guessing really no way to know for sure....

The other similar looking spots/folds are just pink spots..
