I picked up a bicolor this past weekend and was told it would eat the flake stuff that I feed other fish in tank along with algae etc.
I went on liveaquaria to research it a bit and it says:
"The diet of the Bicolor Blenny should include vegetable matter, including frozen and dried foods containing marine and blue-green algae. "
So here is the question
When I research blue-green algae it comes up as being Cyanobacteria, which I remember from my last tank as being red and slimey and a PITA to get rid of. Surely they are not wanting me to have that in my tank to feed this fish?
Am I reading it wrong? I just ant my fish to be happy and not starve? suggestions?
