Blue spot jaw fish

I've got one yellow bsjf the fish is an amazing yellow color with of course blue spots? I have had this big guy for long enough to know he is not a juvenile. anybody have an idea of why he's so yellow? I have had many before and most turned blackish near the tail.

that would be an expensive mistake..... lol

Mines all yellow with little to no black.

Haha no it's a bsjf, but it has taken out a citron and watchman goby before. Nice little lunch for her! But no I don't know why some stay all yellow after juvinile phase
