blueline or gen-x pumps

i am going to order the pumps for my tank build this weekend, i am leaning towards the blueline 70 hd, but a gen-x is in the running any and all input is greatly appreciated.

Several years ago I was struggling with that very same dilemma. Unfortunately, I didn't heed someone's advice and went with the Genx. They were way way way too freaking loud. Up there with the worst money I've spent in this hobby.

my blueline is surprisingly quiet.

It's not even close. Blueline all the way. The gen-x pumps are terrible.

We use all bluelines at MRC
