I'm going Bobbit worm hunting in my tank on Monday.

This guy has eaten fish and zoas in my tank and I've finally located what I think is his lair... I'll be glad to get this out of my tank so I can get back to fish collecting.

I've seen a couple posts from a year ago with someone looking to keep one in a species only tank. If you want it you can have it. Just let me know before it's gone.

Yeah it's a gnarly creature for sure! I saw about 6 inches of it. I had a light on it for about 2 seconds before it vanished. Super fast. I've been watching for it for the last few weeks and finally got a good look to confirm what it was last night.

Yeah. Got my clowns, regal tang, swissguard basselet, and a fat head anthias.

But I've lost more then that

memory lane with that!

Most likely in some live rock.

They probably start off the size of a bristle worm or fire worm..

Yep. They are very hard to find in the wild so this is rare but who wants a fish eating monster lol.

The Fish Store wanted it so they have him now. He was about 5". Smallest one they've seen.

Glad no one threw it out the window and in the bushes on the way over!

;-)

I was going to say if no one closer wanted it I would take him... kinda glad he made it to a good home.

And what the heck would you do with it??:wow2:

That looks like something I pulled out a year ago but the replies on here said Medusa Worm. I'm looking for my old thread now.
