So there is a Boil water advisory in all of DeKalb Co since last night. I didn't know this and stared to make some RODI water for a water change today. Can I still use it?

Well the carbon and other prefilters plus the RO membrane should take anything out. Tho I am not an expert

If you are showing zero tds you should be good, using your ro unit during the advisory you are probably reducing the life of your filters and di resin.

You are fine to use the water your made.

However, one thing to keep in mind is that when there's an issue with the water system, Dekalb County will sometimes bump up their levels of chlorine & chloramine as a precaution. Dekalb County has been using chloramines for a while now but any increase can prematurely exhaust the carbon's ability to remove it. This holds true for the standard carbon that removes chlorine as well as the other type that removes chloramines.
