Brass faucet

Will a brass faucet on a plastic tank cause a problem as to storage for filtered water? I know brass is copper and zinc and I assume it would be best not to store fresh water in contact with a brass piece. I'd appreciate input. Thanks,:doh:

I don't allow metal of any kind to contact my RO/DI water. It isn't worth the risk.

I thought that was the answer but it had been a while since I needed a larger tank so now I will replace the faucet.
