Possibly dinoflagellates (sp?), water changes, reduced photo period, etc, normal algae reducing measures.

+1 Also, you can start removing it by hand.

What are you nitrate/phosphate readings? As in all algae problems, you have to find the source(what is feeding it)

How often do you perform water changes? What is your water source? What kind of filtration? How often do you do filter maintenence? How long do you leave your lights on?

+1 Everything he said. Increased water changes will greatly assist. If on your sand, vaccuum up what you can. You may get a false "0" reading with the Dino problem so the phosphate test may </em>prove ineffective.

or you can get a couple large turbo snails and they'll mow it down in a couple days..

I had it in my tank (90) and bought 10 of the guys...

I just took a couple FTS lastnight...

I agree with RBredding, A few turbo snails and they will wipe out all that algae quik... BUT in a small cube you probably only need 1...
