Bubble at the poop hole of a Blood Parrot Cichlid

Can any one help and tell what this might be? The fish is approx 5 yrs old. Other than this spot he seems to be fine.

looks like a prolapsed colon to me, I had a porc puffer who developed one - it was fatal for him.

I am unsure of treatment on FW fish. Its either going to go away or get bigger.
