Burned acropora tips?

In the past for me it has been caused by adding to much carbon and or Phosphate remover.

Good luck.

Has your tank caught on fire recently?
Do you own any firefish?
Sorry, couldn't resist.

I do recall reading that high mag levels caused it in some of the tanks where people were fighting bryopsis with Tech-M.

Nopes,
Should be 1.026 - but I doubt this caused this, since I had no issues before and got confirmation that some areas in the ocean have even higher concentrations...

I wasn't linking it to the burning...just curious if there is something for me to learn about successful reefkeeping.

High phosphates
high alk w vodka
extreme alk variations
fast gfo acclimation
