Calling on all pompom xenia owners

For those of you who have great success with this coral (even to the point that they invade your tank and you want to kill every single one of these), could you please post your parameters (and lighting) so I can compare to mine? I used to have lots of them and now they don't look healthy anymore. I want to know what I'm doing wrong so I can correct it. Thanks for all your help.
