I came home from work to find that my RBTA split. :yay:
The color is a little off. The tank lights are off and it's just the camera's flash.

cool... I keep hoping that I'm going to wake up and mine will have split in the middle of the night...

I probably will sell one of them. I'm going to give my clowns another shot at hosting. They never went for the mother colony. :bash2:

Jenn, I read this thread on RC and thought of you. The guy there found his would split more when he fed them more. Might be an idea to get yours to split. It is a very interesting thread. Worth checking out.

That's what i thought. It was about 6" across fully inflated.

The only thing that changed was the driver for the blue led's on that side of the tank died about a week ago. I'm not even going to try and understand it.:confused2:

Nems do what they want...and a small change like that could send them into self fragging mode. It looks nice and healthy though, so that's always a good sign :)

Congrats!! Wish mine would split. Fully extended tentacle-to-tentacle it has to be at least 16" across. Pretty soon I'll have to start feeding it neighborhood pets...

Several have suggested I frag it (cut it)... I can cut/frag corals all day long, but my Anemone? Just can't bring myself to do it. It will split on its own eventually - mine comes from a mother that splits regularly.

Yours probably will too, eventually...

Jenn
