Pump stopped working on my fluval 13.5 so I decided to pull it out for a cleaning. Ended up finding these all over the pump and heater. Do y’all know what they are?

Yup i remove them if they pop up in the tank because i don't like the way they look. I have them all over in my sump tho. They are just harmless filter feeders

Awesome thanks! I don’t have any in my display but I took a light to the back and they’re everywhere.
