Can anyone identify this slug looking thing?

Does anyone know what this is. First sign of it in my tank is hairlike green tentacles coming out of the sand diggum out the slug looking thing comes out with it what the crap is this thing and is it bad or is it good?

One of the names for it is Spaghetti worm, they are part of a good clean-up crew. Harmless and will eat leftover food in your tank.

I'm looking for any GOOD hitchikers for my tank if you can spare a few... Maybe in some Codium perhaps
