I feed a mixture of frozen foods, and portion it out, and I usually soak it in some vitality.
I was wondering if I could portion out the food, put some vitality in, and freeze it? Or would it not work the same that way?

I can't see why not. I do the same. I take a cube of frozen, fuel, and microvert and split it amongst 3 "servings" (each lasting a few days) and freeze the remaining 2 to make it last. Thaw overnight when one is empty.

This plan eliminated my hair algae problem as opposed to the lazy way of feeding flakes and my tank is WAY too small for a whole cube.

The way I was told was to cut the cube, if you don't want to re-freeze, but I don't like touching it as the smell is hard to get all the way off. ;)
