Canceling Membership

Can anyone tell me how to cancel my membership? We moved and are no longer in the area. It is due to renew in a couple days.

Go to your paypal account, then find your subscriptions, and cancel the subscription. That's all it takes! We're sorry to see you go!

My membership is not thru my paypal, I looked. When i was sent renew notice it showed my credit card info.

Then that must be Stripe. Either way, ARC doesn't collect CC info or have any way to cancel memberships - that has to be done by the member. That's why we use PayPal and Stripe (the only two payment methods) so that ARC isn't liable for credit card data

So as to be sure you're not confused. You must cancel through your bank or whoever issued that card. Good luck on your move!
