Candy Canes at night

So I just got a two headed candy cane and I was taking a look at it tonight when the lights went off. Boy do they look out of this world.




Do you have anything that looks cooler at night than in the day?

Well, a lot of stuff used to look pretty cool at night but my peppermint shrimp has taken to poking through all of my LPS when the lights go off so he can grab any food that might still be around. The little jerk. That being said, candy canes for sure look great at night and my favias tend to open up and spread out too when the light fade. I don't get much of a feeding response from my SPS (that I see) but I know @dball711 has some great pics of his opening up at night.

A month ago, the pods came out to party at night and there were some pretty big ones that almost looked like shrimp.

Now they're so plentiful, they just day drink.

All of my corals look great at night, PE is ridiculous on all my acro colonies.
