Lost all hard corals from the ice but it looks like I may have a chance for recovery in one of the chalices. The majority of the body is brown/lost all color but most of the eyes still remain the original bright green color. Should I hold on to any hope?

Wow, I hate to hear of your loss. I can only imagine how devastated I'd feel!
If the eyes are alive its a really good sign!

I'd love to frag all my SPS and give you a new start but that's all I've got is small frags!
Unless you would like some faded purple Monti plate :(

Did you lose a lot? Was your tank all SPS or do you still have LPS?

I had a fair amount of SPS, and they were all growing great. All together about 12 different pieces. All I have left is some zoas that are slowly opening up. Some however just look brown so I'm not all too optimistic for those pieces. I have a couple frogspawn colonies that hopefully will make it.

As for the chalice, looks like about 75% of the eyes that were alive are now brown.

My 210 just looks kind of sad and pathetic now. Only 2 fish survived, most were about 4 years old
