I don't have a calcium reactor so I wanted to try feeding my chalice n see if it eats. Well it eats....... that is a piece of krill. The eye went from an eraser size to a thumb nail to take it down. The rest of it swells up real thick too. Anybody else try this? I had to play defense for 30 min so clean up crew wouldn't steal it.

Yes chalice will happily accept food!

Calcium is not food btw it's an element used to create the corals hard or soft skeletal tissue. Food (including light) still needs to be supplemented even with a strong presence of calcium.
