Cheap Controller

I am looking at get a controller for my BC29 and need it to do the following:
ATO
Wavemaker for some some Koralia nano 425.
turn off protein skimmer and powerheads during feeding time.
Possibly dim my LEDs/moonlights

I would love to get a Neptune Apex but don't have $500 to spend on it. The boss (wife) would kill me. What is the cheapest way to do all this?

Apex Jr will do some of that but not all.

Or you could always go the DIY route and do an arduino - it'll do anything you tell it to

nothing cheap will dim your LED's

a used ACJR will do the rest for around $150

That is what I figured out. 2 outlets for the wavemaker, 1 outlet for a heater, and the last will control the ato.
