Most everyone knows that you can buy Nori from any farmers/international markets and such for much much cheaper than seaweed from an lfs. BUT, i made a pretty good find (atleast i think so), the other day and it even trumps the nori price.
Red dried seaweed. This is not roasted or anything, so it still has all of it's nutrients. And, there is no need to scald it, because it is extremely soft when wet. The only thing is, you will need a very good clip becasue it is not processed and formed like the sheets are. very cool stuff!

The price? $1.29 + tax. Can't beat that! Found it at ASSI plaza on Old peachtree, Duluth. I know there's another store on pleasanthill.
