I just thought I'd show off my new Lyre Tail Hawk Fish. I've never seen one before so I had to get him. He is beautiful!! Take a look at the link and let me know what you guys think. His name is Hank

Are they reef safe? I thought they eat shirmp and invert

Thanks, Um I wouldn't recommend you keeping them with shrimp. They tend to eat them. They also try to eat Nassarius snails. But as long as you keep them feed well they kind of just float around form place to place watching the world go bye. Its pretty cool because they have to land all the time because they don't have a swim blatter.

lol thats what I was told that all Hawk fish do not have a swim bladder thats why they have to constantly "Land".
