Duuude...

This thing is a piece of art. It's 48x24x24, has 8 baffles in a U pattern for high-flow applications, it's super thick acrylic, bubble-free seams, with an integrated refugium. All my other MRC products are great, but this thing ROCKS!

Thanks Tim!

Joe

Looks very nice. I have one coming my way this week hopefully.:)

How large of a skimmer section does that one have? What skimmer are you going to run?

Wow, very nice design. One day I will have to get them to make a new sump for me.

that's so sweet it could pass as a display tank!

Thats the darned problem with MRC, there stuff looks so pretty dry, you hate to put it in use. Kinda like Raj.

There is no use for Raj!!

It looks great but it's not "Rubbermaid red" like mine!

Be sure to post some pics of it when it's in action!

I always make sure to show people my MRC Sump when they come by. Helps offset the cost!:D

BTW, I am doing a tumbling cheato fuge. Jin told me about them (thanks Jin!). You have the fuge bare except for a ball of cheato. Direct the flow thru to the bottom and the cheato just tumbles round and round. You don't need to turn it, but a shake every once in a while dislodges grunge from the cheato. Pods live in the cheato. Seems like a great nutrient export method. Cheato grows pretty fast this way. I leave the light on 24/7.
