I have a local guy. For a while he was hard to pin down but he works nearby now (in office, not on the road anymore) - he's a commercial refrigeration guy. He's fixed a bunch of chillers for me. PM if interested - you pay what he charges - I don't pad the bill, I just help folks out with this one.
