clean up crew for 30 gal

Need help on putting together a clean-up crew for my 30gal reef tank. Can use all the help i can get because i do not know were to start and how much of each i need (i.e. snails, hermits, etc...). Thanks for all the help in advance.

Answers to these will better help determine a starting point. Remember clean-up crews can be built up over time, and suggested to do such.

How long has the tank been established?
How much Rock?
How much sand?
Inhabitants thus far?
Algae seen thus far?

The tank has been running for about 1 month as of now. There is about 20-25lbs of live rock and about 30-35lbs of sand(about 2-2.5" sandbed). as far as the inhabitanta there are two false clowns and two cromis and some soft coral( kenya tree, pulsing xenia, GSP, Mushrooms. The algea that i see is brown in color and is minimal on the sandbed and minimal on the glass.
